Burnout to Barakah 1:1 with Aisah

A clarity conversation for Muslim women who are tired of carrying everything and ready to find their way forward again.

Let's be real: you don't need another productivity plan.

You need room to understand what is happening in your life, what matters now, and what to do next.

Perhaps you've been feeling this way for awhile:

You wake up with things to do, people to care for, responsibilities to fulfil and decisions to make.

You move from one thing to another, but somehow never feel like you've done enough.

You want to be more present but when everything feels important, where do you even begin?

And when you're already exhausted, how do you find the energy to make a change?

Assalamualaikum, I'm Aisah, a mom of two, writer, designer and founder of Heartwork Home.

For over a decade before Heartwork Mom, I've worked in human-centred design, where my expertise lies in understanding people's experiences, recognising what they need and making sense of complex problems.

My own journey through motherhood, caregiving, burnout and reconnecting with the Quran has also taught me that sometimes what we need isn't another solution.

We need to pause, understand our circumstances and return to what matters.

Last year, I launched Burnout to Barakah reflection circle that helped a few groups of sisters find clarity from their exhaustion and learned how to create a pause plan for themselves.

Here's what some of the sisters said:

"(The tools and practices) made me feel a lot better and more empathy for myself."

- Aishah

"(The practices) help me re-prioritise my attention and energy. Thankful for you and what you do for the community."

- Farrina

"I schedule my pauses now to reflect and practice kindness to myself. Thank you for all the heartwork you have put into this."

- Azlina

"I've been practicing my pauses in my morning routine since the Burnout to Barakah circle."

- Shafwaty

"It took me 5 years of being a mom to finally know why I get so angry in the mornings."

- Fae

This year, I'm offering 1:1 sessions to work personally with you and help you every step of the way, insyaAllah!
